• Estimated Delivery Time:
  • Local Express : 3 to 7 business days.
  • International shipping : 7 to 14 business days.
  • Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak shopping seasons or official holidays.

• As soon as your package is handed over to the courier (such as SPL, Aramex, or SMSA), you will receive a Tracking Number via email or SMS.
• You can track your order directly on our website or the courier’s official portal.

5. Important Delivery Requirements

• National Address / Short Address: To ensure fast and accurate delivery, please provide your 4-letter Short Address or complete National Address during checkout.
• Active Phone Number: A valid Saudi mobile number is required so the delivery agent can contact you upon arrival.

١. مناطق التوصيل

• نشحن إلى جميع مدن ومناطق المملكة العربية السعودية (بما في ذلك الرياض، جدة، الدمام، مكة المكرمة، المدينة المنورة، وبقية المحافظات).

٢. وقت المعالجة والتوصيل

• معالجة الطلب: يستغرق تجهيز الطلب وفحصه من 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل قبل عملية الشحن.
• وقت التوصيل المتوقع:
  • الشحن المحلي السريع: من 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل.
  • الشحن الدول : من 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل.
  • ملاحظة: قد تختلف أوقات التوصيل قليلاً خلال مواسم التسوق أو العطلات الرسمية.

٣. تكلفة الشحن

• نوفر شحن مجاني للطلبات التي تزيد قيمتها عن [أدخل المبلغ، مثلًا: 200 ريال].
• للطلبات الأقل من ذلك، يتم تطبيق رسوم شحن ثابتة بقيمة [أدخل المبلغ، مثلًا: 25 ريال] عند الدفع.

• بمجرد تسليم شحنتك إلى شركة اللوجستيات (مثل سبل، أرامكس، أو سمسا)، سنرسل لك رقم التتبع عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو رسالة نصية (SMS) لمتابعة حالة الشحنة.

٥. شروط هامة للتوصيل الناجح

• العنوان الوطني / العنوان المختصر: لضمان وصول الشحنة بشكل أسرع، يرجى كتابة العنوان المختصر (Short Address) المكون من 4 أحرف وأرقام أو العنوان الوطني الكامل.
• رقم الجوال: يرجى التأكد من كتابة رقم جوال سعودي صحيح وصالح للتواصل حتى يتمكن مندوب التوصيل من الاتصال بك.
